Mandy Allen

Mandy Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mandy'smost recent position is as the Regional Director of Operations - Michigan at DASCO Home Medical Equipment, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Business Development + Operations at Arctic Molecular from July 2021 to December 2022. Mandy also worked at ArcticDx as the Supervisor of Accessioning & Operations from September 2020 to July 2021. From June 2015 to September 2020, Mandy held the role of Admissions Coordinator at Spectrum Health. Mandy also had various roles at Spectrum Health from April 2008 to September 2014, including Intake Coordinator and Facility Flex. Earlier in their career, they served as a Patient Services Coordinator at the University of Arizona from June 2006 to April 2008 and as a Senior Claims Representative at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from June 2004 to June 2006.

Mandy Allen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Cornerstone University. Mandy also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from the same university. In addition, they have a HIT/CPC Certification from the University of Arizona. Mandy has also obtained certifications as a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in 2022 and as a Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHIS) in 2004.
