Erik Hulse

Erik Hulse, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting at Daseke Inc., where responsibilities include managing a team and overseeing the entire SEC reporting process, from preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K to authoring technical accounting whitepapers. Prior to this role, Erik held the same position at CARBO, where achievements included implementing new accounting standards and managing stock-based compensation and lease accounting. Erik's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where supervision of audits for ExxonMobil's Upstream Division and large public companies honed project management and technical accounting skills. Erik holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
