Alex Southgate

Alex Southgate has extensive experience in customer success, recruitment, and employee engagement, currently serving as the Sales and Onboarding Manager at Dash since April 2023. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Bright and various leadership positions at Alliantist, where responsibilities ranged from developing recruitment strategies to overseeing employee engagement initiatives. With a solid background in transforming teams and enhancing customer service within educational institutions, notably at the University of Brighton, Alex has been instrumental in project management, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Education includes a degree in Sport Science and PE with Management from the University of Hull.
