Shotola Hammed is currently the Lead Product Designer at Dash, where they lead the design efforts for all internal tools at Spektra INC. Prior to this, they also held similar roles at Xend Finance, Great Brands Nigeria Ltd., Youverify Inc., Postmail Express, and ConSol Limited, where they were actively involved in conducting user research, designing interfaces, and testing products. Shotola also has experience in customer service, client relations, and BVN operations at ConSol Limited and as a Youth Corper at the National Youth Service Corps. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Extension and sociology from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
