Dylan Roberts is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent & People Operations at dash.fi since February 2025. Prior experience includes founding Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner at Kintsugi, where significant responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategy development and employee compensation management. Dylan also held recruitment consulting roles at Postman and Affirm, contributing to innovative credit solutions and API platform development, respectively.
