James Lemire

James Lemire serves as the VP of Customer Experience at dash.fi since May 2024, bringing extensive expertise from prior roles including Director of Customer Experience at HMBradley, where a comprehensive customer experience program was established and significant cost reductions were achieved through innovative solutions. At Soylent, James expanded the customer care team dramatically and integrated AI technology to enhance efficiency. Additional experience includes roles at FastXchange Inc. and Electric Insurance Company, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gordon College.
