Matt Harris

Matt Harris is a seasoned talent acquisition and management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently, Matt serves as the Head of Talent and a founding team member at Turnstile, focusing on streamlining quote-to-cash processes since September 2021. In addition to this role, Matt is a Limited Partner at Dash Fund, which supports innovative founders and companies. Previously, Matt held key positions such as Head of Talent at Bloomberg Second Measure, where strategic hiring processes were developed during the company’s growth phase leading up to its acquisition. Earlier career highlights include founding Scout, managing talent for early-stage startups, and leading talent initiatives at various organizations including The Glue Network and Conde Nast. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Arizona.
