Joel Yu

Joel Yu is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development expert with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. As a Co-Founder of Dash Living since July 2022 and IntheHood Hospitality since March 2016, Joel has led initiatives in the apartment-style rental market, particularly in Central Tokyo. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at Airbnb from June 2012 to January 2016, where Joel played a crucial role in establishing the brand in the Greater China Region, launching markets in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and developing strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes roles at Connected Group, Bank of America as Vice President, and Wells Fargo as Manager. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
