Dougie Dee Gipson

Dougie Dee Gipson has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, starting as a recording artist in the 1990s with Polygram Records, where Gipson recorded a rap album featuring prominent artists and toured extensively. As an A&R professional at Mike Tyson Records and later at Stream Line Records (Interscope Records), Gipson specialized in talent acquisition and project management. Gipson served as an artist manager for “The Game,” facilitating record label signings and communications on behalf of the artists. Since 2007, Gipson has operated as an independent contractor and consultant through Dougie Dee Entertainment, focusing on artist development and supporting emerging talent. Additionally, Gipson has been a radio host at Dash Radio since 2019, showcasing talent across various entertainment sectors.
