Mark Nye

Mark Nye has worked in the technology industry for over two decades. Mark began their career in 2001 as IT Manager & Software Developer for MomentumMedia. In 2006, they joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Senior Research Programmer, Applications Architect, and Principal Applications Architect. In 2012, they became a Consulting Research Programmer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. In 2017, they founded Skylight Technology Consulting, LLC. In 2019, they Co-Founded Popcorn RFP. In 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer of Dashboard Vision.

Mark Nye completed a Bachelor of Music in Composition and Theory from Heidelberg University and then went on to study Music Composition at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
