Prior to joining dashdot, Vanessa was the Senior Business Manager at HOME by belle Pty Ltd, where they oversaw the company's day-to-day operations. Before that, they were the Group Operations Manager at AMA Security. Vanessa Newton is a highly experienced and successful business manager who has a proven track record in operational management.

Vanessa Newton has a Graduate Executive Leadership Programme from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in Organizational Leadership. Vanessa also has a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Lastly, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
