Joana Hartwig

Joana Hartwig has extensive experience in human resources and people management, holding various leadership roles over her career. Since March 2020, Joana has served as the Head of People & Culture for the Cluster Hannover/Hamburg at FIEGE, where responsibilities included shaping organizational culture and talent management strategies. Prior to this, Joana worked at LIMO GmbH as HR Director from January 2011 to February 2020, and also held the position of Personalreferentin. Early career experience includes roles at Training, Beratung & Personalauswahl and Daimler AG as a Werkstudentin. Joana Hartwig holds a Diplom in Psychology from Technische Universität Berlin.
