Brendan Downey

Brendan Downey is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business and digital transformation, currently serving as VP of Transformation at DashQ since August 2025. Previously, Brendan held various senior leadership roles at Minto Group and Minto Apartment REIT from April 2017 to August 2025, focusing on business transformation and revenue management. Earlier experience at Aecon Group Inc. involved responsibilities as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager for Business Intelligence projects. Brendan's career began at Paul's Restorations as a Project Manager, where process enhancements were implemented. Brendan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from McMaster University, obtained in 2012.
