Kaushik Dasgupta

Kaushik Dasgupta is an experienced editorial professional with a strong background in journalism and publishing. Since June 2016, Kaushik has served as an Associate Editor at The Indian Express. Prior to this role, Kaushik was the Chief Copyeditor at Economic and Political Weekly from May 2015 to June 2016 and held various editorial positions, including Associate Editor, Features Editor, and Assistant Editor at Down To Earth from 2003 to March 2015. Kaushik also worked as an Editor for Social Sciences at Macmillan India between October 2001 and March 2003 and served as an Assistant Editor at Oxford University Press from July 1998 to October 2000. Kaushik holds an MPhil in History from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya, completed in 1999.
