Diana Navas

Diana Navas, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at DASI since June 2023. Previously, Diana held various roles in academia and human resources, including Adjunct Professor at Eastern Gateway Community College, Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter at Harvard Maintenance, and Training & Development Professional for the City of Miramar, Florida. Diana’s extensive experience in education and human resources is complemented by a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
