Rhod Gibson

Rhod has over 20 years of operations and transaction experience focused particularly in aerospace and defense with past companies including Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney and BAE Systems.

He is a UK/U.S.dual national, an approved person under the UK Financial Conduct Authority andpreviously was the Chief Restructuring Officer at Aero. Hired by the Administrators (KPMG), Rhod led the restructuring of the business and arranged the sale to DASI in 2013. Rhod holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol in the UK and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
