Garrett Gourlay

Garrett Gourlay is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in architecture and design, currently serving as Head of Architecture & Planning at Glaser Property Management Inc. and as an Architecture Consultant for Garrett Gourlay Architect since May 2021. Previously, Garrett held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Design at GID Development Group, where oversight of project design direction for Waterline Square was key. At Goldstein Hill & West Architects, responsibilities included managing multiple project teams and conducting client presentations for the 10 Madison Square West project. With a foundational role as Principal Owner of Garrett Gourlay Architect PLLC, Garrett focused on multifamily housing and mixed-use developments, notably the 115,000sf mixed-use building at 100 West 18th Street. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from SCI-Arc and an International Baccalaureate from St. Mary's International School in Tokyo.
