DASNY
Lorna Plunkett's work experience includes serving as Human Capital Director at DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York) since August 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of Acting Director Human Capital at DASNY starting in August 2017. Additionally, they worked as the Managing Assistant Counsel at DASNY starting in May 2016. Before joining DASNY, Lorna was the Counsel and HR Director at Callanan Industries, Inc. from May 1991 to January 2016.
Lorna Plunkett attended Penn State University from 1983 to 1985. Lorna then transferred to Wilkes University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice, completing their studies there in 1987. Lorna Plunkett further pursued their education at Vermont Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in 1990.
