Frédéric Falchetti began their work experience in 1982 as a Professeur agrégé at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse. In 1984, they served in the Armée de Terre for military obligations. From 1985 to 1996, they held various roles at Safran, including Manager of RTD Programs, Strategic Planning, International Cooperation, and Compressor Aerodynamics. In 1996, Falchetti joined Dassault Aviation as the Director of Propulsion Engineering until 2001. Frédéric then became the Director and Deputy Manager of Aircraft Design and Performance Engineering until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the VP of Engineering, Propulsion, and Vehicle Systems. Subsequently, they held the position of VP of Systems Engineering from 2006 to 2019. Currently, Falchetti is the VP of Digital & User Oriented Solutions at Dassault Aviation.
Frédéric Falchetti attended École Normale Supérieure de Saint Cloud from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Physics. Additionally, they had a brief period of enrollment at CHEAr in 1900, but further details about their degree or field of study for that time are unavailable.
