Sandrine BOISSET is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and legal advisory roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Dassault Aviation since September 2022, Sandrine previously held similar positions at Groupe Covéa and Bolloré, where responsibilities included the validation of equity financing operations and overseeing corporate restructuring. Sandrine's early career included a role at Le Groupe La Poste, focusing on legal secretarial work and corporate operations, and at Orange, contributing to the legal restructuring efforts that paved the way for the company's IPO. Sandrine holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Baccalauréat Général série Scientifique from Lycée Louis Bascan, Rambouillet.
