Daria Prokofeva

Daria Prokofeva is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and intellectual property. Currently serving as a Contract Legal Counsel at Dassault Systèmes since March 2021, Daria specializes in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop legal solutions for customer and supplier transactions. Previous roles include Junior Contract Legal Counsel and Legal Intern at Patent Lab, where Daria registered over 50 trademarks, prepared franchise agreements, and managed IP-related documentation. Daria also worked as a Paralegal Assistant for Attorney Alexandra Schultz, handling contract negotiations and drafting legal documents.
