Thomas Jantsch

Thomas Jantsch is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in IT law and contract law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Munich Re since November 2009. In this role, Thomas is responsible for managing the group-wide intellectual property and know-how strategy. Prior to joining Munich Re, Thomas held the position of Rechtsanwalt at Herbert Zahn & Partner Rechtsanwälte from April 2004 to October 2009 and at Rechtsanwälte Dres. Jakobs, Wollweber pp. from September 2002 to April 2004. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Referent in the Handels- und Wirtschaftsabteilung at the Botschaft der Tschechischen Republik in late 1999. Thomas holds an Assessor degree from Oberlandesgericht Köln (2000-2002) and completed a degree at The University of Bonn from 1994 to 1999.
