Iman Samani

Iman Samani is a highly skilled software engineer currently employed at ESI Group, specializing in back-end programming for complex design and automation in computer-aided engineering (CAE). Concurrently, Iman works as a graduate research assistant at the University of Michigan, focusing on developing wave propagation algorithms and machine learning algorithms for product testing optimization. With a background as a graduate student instructor, Iman has taught various engineering subjects and mentored graduate students in software development using Python. Previous experience includes contributions as an aerospace engineer in the Aeroacoustics Lab and as an engineering group lead at Isfahan University of Technology, where Iman pioneered designs to improve aerodynamic efficiency. Iman holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and has advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and Isfahan University of Technology.
