Nasim Shishehgaran

Nasim Shishehgaran currently serves as the SIMULIA R&D Software Engineering Manager at Dassault Systèmes since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nasim worked at Siemens Digital Industries Software as a CFD Software Development Engineer, focusing on the development of CFD capabilities for the STAR-CCM+ multiphysics simulation product. Nasim's experience at Ansys included positions as a CFD Software Development Engineer II, where novel models for heat transfer and anti-icing systems were developed, and as a Research and Development Engineer, contributing significant technical expertise. Earlier roles included work as a Teaching Assistant at Concordia University, teaching C++ programming and fluid mechanics, as well as a CFD Scientist Research Assistant, where complex simulations and parallel coding were performed. Nasim holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from Science and Research University, along with a project management course certificate from the Institute of Project Management.
