Pierre-Henri Blancher

Pierre-Henri Blancher currently serves as the VP of Talent Development at Jellysmack, focusing on performance management, compensation strategy, and job architecture. Previously, Pierre-Henri was a lecturer in Digital Transformation for Managers at Tecnológico de Monterrey and worked as an independent consultant at People Ecosystems, enhancing organizational design and people programs. Prior experience includes over a decade at Deloitte Consulting México, where Pierre-Henri held various roles, culminating as Senior Manager in Human Capital Consulting, leading initiatives in organizational design and the Future of Work in Latin America. Additional professional experience encompasses roles in commercial management and HR analysis across companies such as Aviation Support Travel Services, Groupe Renault, and Groupe Rocher. Pierre-Henri holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology and Organizational Psychology from the University of Strasbourg.
