Sophie Marlange

Sophie Marlange is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Lead for People Care, Employment, and HR Compliance at Dassault Systèmes since January 2016, Sophie oversees a global team of approximately 30 HR and legal experts focused on workplace well-being, conflict management, labor relations, employee relations, and HR compliance. Prior roles include Employment and Labor Relations Director EMEA at Dell from March 2010 to December 2015, and a series of positions at Baker & McKenzie between January 2001 and March 2010, culminating in Local Partner within the Employment group. Sophie holds a DJCE in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
