Swen Noelting

Swen Noelting is an accomplished leader in the aerospace and engineering sectors with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and technical management. Currently serving as Director of SIMULIA A&D Experience Management at Dassault Systèmes, Noelting previously held the title of Vice President Aerospace at Exa Corporation, overseeing the company's aerospace division and cultivating relationships with major clients like Airbus and NASA. Swen's career at Exa includes pivotal roles such as Managing Director for both Aerospace and Industrial Consortia, where Noelting successfully established a robust business unit and facilitated significant revenue growth.
