Yann-Joël Lhuissier

Yann-Joël Lhuissier has extensive experience in sales talent development, marketing leadership, and engineering, spanning over three decades. At Dassault Systèmes, Yann-Joël served as the Director of Sales Talent Development for Worldwide Value Solutions, led Partner Success initiatives, and created the Partner Acquisition HQ team, managing global operations. Prior to this, Yann-Joël held various roles at IBM, including Global Marketing Leader for the PLM High-Tech Industry and Global ENOVIA Product Marketing Manager. Yann-Joël's earlier career includes positions at Aerospatiale, where responsibilities included overseeing CAD/CAM systems for the Space Division and working as a design engineer for European space programs. Education includes a degree in engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
