Zacharie Gabail

Zacharie Gabail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and tax management. Currently serving as the Director of Worldwide Transfer Pricing and APAC Tax at Dassault Systèmes since October 2013, Zacharie specializes in intellectual property management, tax audits, and compliance. Prior roles include leading transfer pricing functions and intercompany tax models, as well as serving as a Senior Tax Manager. Zacharie has also held academic positions as a lecturer in tax at Rouen Business School and EDHEC Business School from 2008 to 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Transfer Pricing Tax Specialist at Bureau Veritas and a Tax Consultant at EY Société d'Avocats, focusing on international tax, legal research, and restructuring advice. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from EDHEC Business School and another Master's degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, both in finance and tax-related fields.
