Denise Frias

Denise Frias is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience leading teams and optimizing processes across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Operations at DAT Freight & Analytics since July 2025, Denise previously held the role of Finance Operations Manager at Flexport and Convoy Inc, where critical post-shipment functions were managed, including billing support and cash application. Denise’s earlier career includes significant operational leadership positions in education, including School Operations Manager at Impact Public Schools and Director of School Operations at Green Dot Public Schools. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity Western University and a Minor in Psychology, Denise combines a strong educational background with practical expertise in organizational management and financial operations.
