Egle Druzinina

Egle Druzinina has a robust background in training and emergency planning within the aviation industry. Currently serving as NP Crew Training at DAT since September 2018, Egle is responsible for all flight and cabin crew training, liaising with aviation authorities, and is actively involved in DAT LT ATO operations and management. Previously, Egle held the position of Deputy NP Crew Training at GLOBAL AIRWAYS, UAB, and served as Head of Emergency Planning at Lithuanian Airports, focusing on emergency plan preparations and coordination of various safety audits. Egle's career also includes experience as Training Coordinator at Swissport, where responsibilities included designing training courses and managing annual programs, and as Recruitment Training and Development Officer at Servisair. Egle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Travel and Tourism from the University of Bedfordshire.
