Dr. Tim Wiegels is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data strategy and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Tim Wiegels Data Solutions since February 2023, Dr. Wiegels provides consulting services across various data topics, emphasizing business needs and stakeholder engagement. Current roles include serving as a Board Advisor and Mentor at Data Action Mentor, Data Consultant at ECE and CHEEX, Pollen Trainer, and a recurring guest on the podcast "My Data Is Better Than Yours." Previously, Dr. Wiegels held significant leadership positions at FREE NOW, IONIQ Group, and XING, focusing on building and evolving data teams and driving comprehensive data strategies. Dr. Wiegels obtained a PhD and Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Hamburg and has a foundational education in Environmental Science from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
