Scott Arnold has over thirty-five years of experience in sales and operations. Scott began their career in 1982 as a Regional Sales Manager for Computer Identics, Inc. In 1985, they founded and became CEO of Concord Technologies, Inc., a $15 Million regional bar code SI. In 1993, they joined Peak-Ryzex as VP & General Manager US. In 1996, they became Regional Sales Director for Zebra Technologies. In 2004, they were VP Sales for DecisionPoint Systems, Inc., where they established new relationships with three Fortune 500 accounts. In 2009, they were President & COO of Optical Phusion, Inc. Scott then joined Crosby Design Inc. in 2018 as Sales & Operations VP. Also in 2018, they became VP Sales & Marketing for Data Capture Solutions, Inc. and Founder, CEO of Concord Sales Leadership, LLC. In 2021, they were appointed Executive VP Sales & Business Development for Successful Channels, Inc.

Scott Arnold attended Northeastern University from 1977 to 1982, obtaining a BSEE in Electrical Engineering. Scott also attended Miller Heiman Strategic Selling\u00ae LAMP & Coaching from 2002 to 2006.
