Marin Morita

Marin Morita has over 20 years of experience in the data integration field. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at TIE Commerce as a Senior Technical Trainer, where they managed EDI implementations, performed EDI translation, data mapping, and application integration, and analyzed systems. From 2001 to 2010, they worked at Valspar Corporation as a Lead EDI Analyst, where they managed the corporate-wide EDI system, supervised analysts, and directed systems implementations and upgrades. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at SunOpta as a Business Process Manager and Senior EDI Business Analyst, where they managed corporate EDI systems, promoted proficient and cost-effective expansion of EDI, and translated business and system requirements into functional specifications. Since 2018, they have been at Data Communication Solutions Inc. as the Professional Services Director, where they develop strategies and operations to deliver best-in-class EDI and data integration services, leads delivery of consulting, implementation, and education services to customers, and recruits and leads a team of elite integration consultants.

Marin Morita received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Knox College, followed by a Mini Masters in Business Analysis from the University of St. Thomas.
