Chris Hail has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris started their career in 2004 as a Customer Sales Support Manager at Yankelovich, Inc., where they provided generational marketing consulting services. Afterward, they co-founded an LLC called The Lead Source in 2008, where they worked as an Account Executive, selling mailing lists and providing lead generation programs. In 2009, Chris took a break from an office job and became a Service Advisor at National Tire & Battery (NTB), eventually being promoted to Service Manager. Chris then worked as an Assistant Manager at Discount Tire from 2011 to 2013 before joining Web Decisions as a Customer Success Executive, where they remained until 2016. In 2016, Chris joined datadecisions Group as a Customer Success Executive, specializing in data services, marketing research, and analytics.

Chris Hail has a solid education background. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Texas State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Before attending Texas State University, Chris attended Texas A&M University-Commerce from 1999 to 2000, although the degree and field of study for this period are unknown. Prior to their university studies, Chris graduated from Rockwall High School in 1999, receiving a High School Diploma. Additionally, Chris has obtained a certification in General Lines - Life, Accident, Health and HMO from the Texas Department of Insurance in August 2008.
