Elie Karam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2017, they interned at UNILOG Liban SAL, where they gained exposure to Sage CRM and ERP applications and configured security settings. In 2018, Elie worked as an assistant at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU), providing technical support and suggesting improvements for the laboratory operations.

In 2019, Elie served as a summer intern at ALCS - Allied Computer Services (An ITG Company), where they focused on email filtering, configuring and maintaining email applications, and implementing network security measures.

In 2020, Elie took on the role of an intern at Blue Mena Group, where they documented bugs, developed and executed detailed test cases, and created responsive and cross-browser designs. Later in the same year, they joined Mnovate as a Junior CRM Consultant, participating in data collection projects, migrating customer data, and customizing and configuring the CRM system.

In 2021, Elie briefly worked as a Junior CRM Consultant at Netways, where they specialized in system customization, configuration, data importation, and exportation. Subsequently, they joined GSR CONTRACTING LLC in 2020 as an Information Technology Administrator, responsible for hardware and software upgrades, user support, and managing and improving the company's website functionality.

In 2022, Elie worked as a Consultant Digital et CRM at UPRIZON, where they analyzed sales KPIs, prepared CRM dashboards, and set up data recipes for customer data preparation. Currently, Elie is employed at Data Impact by NielsenIQ as a Sales Operations and Process Optimization professional. In this role, they help CPG brands succeed in the omnichannel environment and focuses on trust-building and collaboration on the digital shelf.

Elie Karam started their education in 1999 at Saint famille fanar where they pursued a Baccalaureat degree in Science de la vie. Elie completed their studies in 2014. In 2016, they enrolled at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology in 2019. Elie furthered their education from 2022 to 2024 at IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, where they pursued a Master's degree in Informatique et management d'entreprise.

In addition to their formal education, Elie Karam obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In April 2022, they obtained an Administrator certification from Salesforce, and in May 2020, they completed a Data Science & Analytics Intro certification from IBM.
