Carol Beth Casto Mt (ASCP)

Carol Beth Casto, MT (ASCP) has over three decades of experience in clinical laboratory science and technology. Currently serving as Product Manager at Data Innovations LLC since January 2012, Carol has also held roles as Manager of Implementation Services and Implementation Consultant. Previously, from 2000 to 2011, Carol was the Manager of Laboratory System Engineering at the University of Virginia Health System, overseeing LIS management for Sunquest and Copath systems. Carol's earlier experience includes serving as Laboratory System Analyst at Medical Labs of Virginia from 1990 to 2000 and as Lab System Specialist/MT. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Virginia Tech, earned in 1988, and completed additional training in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in 1989.
