Lucy-Jane Rankin has a diverse work experience. Lucy-Jane started their career at LOVE PIZZA BELFAST LTD as a Shift Manager from September 2018 to July 2019. Lucy-Jane then moved on to work at H&M as a Sales Advisor from October 2019 to January 2020. Currently, they are employed at Data Intellect, where they initially worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2020 to November 2022. From December 2022 onwards, they hold the position of People Manager at the same company.
Lucy-Jane Rankin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Portuguese Studies from Queen's University Belfast from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Queen's University Belfast from 2019 to 2020.
