Christina Diamond

Christina Diamond, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief People Officer at Data Intensity since December 2021, leading Global People Operations and responsible for global programs and systems that foster organizational culture and workforce effectiveness. Previously, Christina held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at IT Authorities, where efforts focused on optimizing people operations, developing strategic initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Human Resources at KelbyOne, Stopa Law Firm, Hill Top Research, and New England Machinery, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy administration, employee benefits negotiation, and performance management. Christina also worked as a Labor Exchange Officer with the Suncoast Workforce Board and managed human resources at The Home Depot, earning recognition for associate engagement initiatives. Educational credentials include a BA in Human Development from Eckerd College and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Indian River College.
