Advisory Board Member at Data Leadership Collaborative

Adita Karkera, Ph.D., serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Data Leadership Collaborative and is a Board Member for Women In Data™️, where Adita also founded and leads a chapter focused on women in data within the Federal Government. Adita holds the position of Chief Data Officer for Government & Public Services at Deloitte and leads the Deloitte AI Institute for Government. In addition, Adita is an Editorial Board Member for CDO Magazine, a founding member of Women Leaders In Data & AI (WLDA), and a Board Member for the National Science Foundation's Arkansas EPSCoR program. Adita has been involved as a mentor in the EDM Council's Women Data Professionals Mentoring Program. Previously, Adita served as Deputy State Chief Data Officer for the State of Arkansas, advocating for data sharing, privacy, and literacy. Adita earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Quality from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
