Lowell Knighton

Lowell Knighton has a strong background in customer experience, business development, and IT leadership spanning over two decades. Lowell held roles such as Vice President Customer Experience at Mastech InfoTrellis, Practice Director - CX Customer Experience at Tharseo IT, and Senior Vice President Business Development and Solutions at Helix Business Solutions. Lowell also worked as a Director in alliances at Oracle and RightNow, focusing on managing partner relationships and technical solutions. Prior to this, they founded Solid Ground Technologies and served as Director IT at Convergys.

Lowell Knighton obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT Management from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1983 to 1989.
