Maxim Pavlov

Maxim Pavlov has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Maxim started in 2007 as a Software Developer at Flexis, where they were involved in web and mobile development using Action Script. Maxim also served as a Scrum Master during this time. In 2010, they transitioned to a Project Manager role at Flexis, where they managed outsourcing projects and B2B product development. Maxim then became a Research and Development Manager at Flexis for a brief period in 2014.

In 2011, Maxim joined igrAlliance as a Project Manager, where they stayed until 2014. This role involved managing projects and overseeing their successful completion.

In 2015, Maxim took on the role of Project Management Officer at Data Monsters. Maxim was responsible for bridging the gap between AI technologies and business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of AI into production.

In the same year, Maxim also joined iDecide as the Director of Products. In this role, they managed design and development teams for a new product platform. Maxim also played a key role in designing processes and recruiting new employees.

In 2019, Maxim started working at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) - MIPT, Phystech, as a Lead Researcher for MIPT AI Business Lab. Their work involved applying cutting-edge AI technologies to develop solutions.

Maxim Pavlov completed their Master's Degree in the Science of Complexity at the University of Physics and Technology from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they attended LNIP where they focused on Math and Physics. Additionally, Maxim obtained several certifications, including a Coursera Course Certificates in Search Structure in Data, Training on Labeled Data, Mathematics and Python for Data Analysis, and Introduction to Machine Learning. Maxim also holds an Adobe Flex 4.5 ACE certification from PearsonVUE and a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
