Ashis Rout

Ashis Rout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and digital operations, currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Data Safeguard Inc. since July 2025. In this role, Ashis leads the end-to-end solution delivery for an AI-powered privacy platform, focusing on enabling data privacy compliance and synthetic fraud prevention for global clients. Prior to Data Safeguard, Ashis held senior positions at HDFC Bank, including Sr. Vice President Tech & Digital, and gained valuable experience in IT governance and digital transformation through roles at Centurian Bank of Punjab and Bank of Punjab. Ashis's career began at ING Vysya Bank as a Manager in IT, following initial experience as a Data Processing Officer/Systems Analyst at Operation Research Group. Academically, Ashis holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics with a focus on Operations Research from Utkal University and additional certifications in IT governance and risk management from ISACA.
