Heather Seurer

Heather Seurer, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Heather began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Game Financial Corporation in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Following that, they served as a Human Resource Generalist at Kinney & Lange, P.A. for a brief period in 1999. In the same year, they joined Data Sales Co. as a Human Resource Generalist and continued in that role until 2004. Heather then advanced to the position of Human Resource Manager at Data Sales Co. and held that role for over 13 years, from 2007 to November 2020. Currently, they are working at Data Sales Co. as the Director of HR & Safety, a position they have held since November 2020.

Heather Seurer, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Heather obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & History from Augustana University (SD) from 1992 to 1996. In 1998-1999, they attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned a Human Resource Certificate with a specialization in Human Resources. Heather Seurer continued their education by obtaining a Certificate in OSHA General Industry 10-Hour Training from Lion Technology in 2023. Additionally, Heather Seurer is currently pursuing a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
