John McIlwham

John Mcilwham has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and maintenance. John is currently serving as the Director of HR, Estate Maintenance & Safety at Ribby Hall Village since April 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager - Estate Maintenance & Safety at the same company from October 2008 to March 2016. In this role, they successfully designed and implemented a health and safety management system, achieving a British Safety Council Five Star management systems audit grade for best practice. Before joining Ribby Hall Village, John worked as a Health and Safety Manager at the company from 2003 to 2008.
