Dhruv Pendharkar is an undergraduate researcher at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research, focusing on Hypernetworks for Implicit Representations within the Active Vision and Neural Computation Lab. As the Social Good Project Manager at the Data Science Society at Berkeley, Dhruv leads projects such as fine-tuning large language models for infectious disease simulations in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and predicting stream flow in California for The Nature Conservancy. Previous experience includes a Machine Learning Engineer Intern role at SandBox Semiconductor, where Dhruv designed experiments and developed algorithms, and a Student Researcher position at Northwestern Medicine, emphasizing computer vision applications. Dhruv also contributed as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio and as a Simulations Engineer at SandBox Semiconductor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science and Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, Dhruv is a graduate of Adlai E. Stevenson High School.
