Paul Hill

Paul Hill has extensive experience in the business world, having held a variety of positions since 2010. In 2021, they began working as Managing Partner for Sparkasa Capital and Mentor for the Atlantic Prime Stream at Creative Destruction Lab. Paul also serves as Board Director for Data Sentinel Inc. and EQ Works. In 2020, they assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer for Quarterhill Inc.

From 2019 to 2021, Hill served as Board Director for Firmex and CEO for Carta Worldwide. In 2018, they were appointed Board Director for EQ Works. From 2016 to 2021, Hill was General Manager of Disclosure Management for Certent, Inc.

From 2013 to 2018, Hill held various roles at PathFactory, including Board Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Board Director. Paul also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Director for Verafin from 2010 to 2021.

Paul Hill completed the ICD Directors Education Program - DEP 41 at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2013. In 1997, they attended The Wharton School for an Executive Program in Mergers and Acquisitions. From 1985 to 1988, they obtained a degree in Computer Science from McGill University.
