Ronteau Coppin has been in the workforce since 2014. Ronteau began their career at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School as an Operations Associate. Ronteau Coppin obtained a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College in 2014. Ronteau then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in General Business Management with Knowledge Management concentration at Metropolitan College of New York, which they completed in 2017.
