Corryn Luburic

Corryn Luburic has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Corryn is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at THE ICONIC, a role they began in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Custom Fleet from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of People, Performance & Culture Leader ANZ.

Before joining Custom Fleet, Corryn worked at the NSW Department of Industry from June 2015 to December 2015 as a Senior Advisor, Organizational Performance. In this role, they provided HR advice, coaching, and guidance to designated client groups, focusing on talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance development.

From 2011 to 2015, Corryn was a Human Resources Business Partner at IAG, where they worked closely with senior managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. Corryn also managed various HR projects and dealt with complex people matters.

Before IAG, Corryn held the position of Senior Employee Relations Advisor at ANZ from 2009 to 2011. Corryn also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at SunGard in 2008 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at GE Money from 2006 to 2008.

Corryn'searlier experience includes roles such as HR Consultant at Westmead Millennium Institute in 2006, Internal Recruitment Advisor at the British Transport Police Authority from 2005 to 2006, and Human Resources Associate at Merck Sharp & Dohme from 2004 to 2005.

Corryn Luburic obtained a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from TAFE NSW in the years 2000-2001. Then, from 2002 to 2003, Corryn pursued a Diploma of Business specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from TAFE NSW. Later, in 2006-2007, Corryn attended Western Sydney University to complete a Graduate Certificate in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
