Michael Phillips is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in military operations and business development. As a Senior Director at EY-Parthenon and currently as the Director of Growth and Capture Manager at DSA, Michael specializes in capture management and business development. A former U.S. Army veteran with over two decades of service, Michael held various leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations at U.S. Special Operations Command Central and Global Business Resource Manager at USSOCOM, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and diverse operational teams. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and ongoing Executive MBA studies at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
